职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The key focus is to assist Senior HR Manager, Share Services to provide HR professional services in all areas including but not limited to identifying business needs on talent acquisition to support business expansion, developing people capability within HO, and to implementing company retention programs to retain talents by leveraging the solutions through the greater China based HR resources.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. HR Expert in Operation
- Maintain and secure an efficient and accurate personnel administration such as monthly organization chart deck and updates, Span of Control Calculation and tracking, HR reporting of HO staffs to ensure timely and accurate information is accessible and to identify potential improvements of any HR related activity.
- Work with C&B team to ensure the on-boarding and exit process and to work with L&D team to make sure that the on-boarding orientation is arranged to all new hires.
- Assist Senior HR Manager to implement the annual HR programs in HO such as International Internship Program etc.
- Assist Senior HR manager to work out initiatives to design or come up with proposals and programs to maintain employee engagement and improve team morale. (Employee engagement follow-up activities can be organized if required.)
- Build and maintain positive working relationships within all HR functions and actively participate in HR related projects or initiatives under Greater China HR strategy.


2. Support Line Manager in Managing the HR areas effectively in Head Office:

? Recruitment & selection :
- Involve in the function hiring needs and job briefing discussion, and follow up with the staffing team and the functions to make sure that the recruitment process and procedures are implemented accordingly and to facilitate the internal application process in a good manner.
? Learning & development :
- Assist Senior HR Manager to work with all functions to collect their training needs, and then work with and leverage resources in L&D team to offer learning solutions proposals to meet function needs.
? Talent Management & Development :
- Assist Senior HR Manager to roll out, implements and executes GAP Talent Exchange policies and tools and ensure the Talent Development communication is well delivered in all Head Office functions.
- Support Senior HR Manager in designing and implement Talent Development related program throughout the organization in Head Office functions.
? Performance Management :
- Assist Senior HR Manager to follow the Performance Management guidelines and policy from GAP and its implementation in functions.
? Employee Relations:
- Assist Senior HR Manager to handle employee related cases in HQ office effectively and professionally.
- Assist Senior HR Manager to timely collect feedback from functions to organize knowledge refresh sessions in terms of employee handbook or other HR related policies if required.


3. Non-Chinese employees Management
- To create and maintain positive working relationships with non-Chinese employees in China to foster an optimal environment.
- Proactively respond to the government regulations related to expatriates for the sake of the Company. Employment legalization for all Expatriates and keep the updating of local visa and immigration related policy information.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate
- At least 2 years working experience in HR function, generalist role with deep specialist knowledge in TD or C&B in MNCs is a plus.
- Can-do Attitude with highest levels of integrity.
- Good with desire and ability to be hands-on.
- Customer and result oriented.
- High energy/pace and high level of confidence
