Job Description：

The Product Manager is responsible for all marketing aspects related to taking their product category from the concept stage of development to the successful commercialization of the product line. He/she will develop and execute all elements of product planning and product marketing to ensure that new and continued products fully satisfy consumer demand. In addition, a key responsibility will include overseeing the successful growth of the e-commerce business, or overseeing the Social Media and Commercialization for the company’s brands. This position develops market research and other information resources to understand the changing conditions in the marketplace that will influence demand. They work closely with product development, Marketing, Creative Services and the Sales teams to ensure we are meeting the goals of the company. The Product Manager position is located Wenling City, China and report to the Marketing Director.

'The main Target is to develop the most complete range of products related with the motorcycle life style but also includes for example casual wear with own design for Mens, Lady, Kids. (All products developments with china suppliers)

Participate in customer visits with sales to better understand the market segment, identify requirements, test product concepts, and support sales efforts Product definition/opportunity analysis completion, including cost estimates, pricing, projected timing and resource needs in conjunction with development engineering, supply chain and project management.

Manage the organizational support including engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance and business operations

Provide market and technical assistance, training and leadership for sales, customer service, and our customers as a subject matter expert Collaborate with marketing communications to drive an effective marketing mix and materials management, as well as new product launch materials

Drive product launch success, marketing, product introduction, business operations teams

Build awesome mobile/social experiences which incorporate cutting edge new technologies

Mentor, train, and develop the next generation of product managers in Companion Products

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business or Engineering; MBA a plus

5 years consumer product management experience

Multi-lingual, with preference for Spanish, English, Chinese

History of successful product launches and businesses

Role related technical knowledge, financial skills, strong communication skills, planning/organization skills and initiative/self-confidence

Requires a person with entrepreneurial drive to take ownership of our product strategy and execution to achieve our growth goals

Ability to apply knowledge of social media or e-commerce platforms and marketing and communication principals to effectively manage and grow the business

3、和销售一起接待客户来访以了解市场区格、明确要求、检验产品概念、产品定义/机会分析和完善。和研发工程师、供应商合作完成成本预估、定价、项目把控和资源需求；项目管理；

4、负责新产品要求，取得产品优先承诺；

5、负责取得公司工程、设计、营销、销售、财务和运营等部门支持；

6、熟练掌握各营销渠道和营销产品、材料管理和营销新产品发布信息，并为销售、售后服务和客户提供营销和技术支持、培训和领导；

7、运用新科技提供极致的移动和社交用户体验。

岗位要求：

1、产品管理、产品营销、商务管理或者工程学学士学位；MBA最好；

2、5年以上消费者产品管理经验；

3、掌握多门语言，西班牙语、英语、中文；

4、新产品发布成功经验；

5、相关技术知识、财务知识、很强的沟通技巧、计划和组织能力以及主动性和自信心；

6、需要具有企业推动力的人来管理我们的产品策略以及执行增长目标；

7、有能力将社交媒体、电子商务平台以及营销沟通原则等知识运用到业务管理和业务增长上。
