Responsibilities:
A Further Education
1 Assisting in the assessment of the annual further training needs and deriving concepts and developing detailed further training concepts in consultation with the relevant business management areas
2 Creating analyses regarding the assessed qualification needs, preparing and planning the implementation of these measures, estimating internal training tariffs, and assisting in cost center planning
3 Designing new qualification measures and modifying existing qualification measures based on the analysis results
4 Observing and analyzing the market for further training programs and seminars, obtaining and comparing different offers and providers of qualification measures
5 Advising employees and managers on questions regarding the company's general training programs and on specific qualification topics
6 Developing target group-oriented qualification measures in case of change processes within the company
7 Selecting internal and external trainers for internal qualification measures, negotiating the price of trainer services within a given framework
8 Collaborating with internal and external trainers in the preparation and implementation of training measures, particularly in terms of conceptual understandings
9 Coordinating the group composition and controlling the qualification measures under efficiency and effectiveness aspects, and handover of procedures to the seminar management for further processing
10 Conducting internal training courses and facilitation of workshops
11 Managing the qualification measures through qualitative and quantitative training controlling (e.g., budget monitoring), creating or optimizing appropriate tools (e.g., SAP Event Management)
12 Coordinating the training needs of each Hella company as far as they are conceived and/or implemented by PE-W
13 Performing effectiveness checks regarding the quality of implemented training activities on the basis of indicators, preparation of quality reports
14 Assisting in developing the internal processes in further training

Requirements:
1 Qualification certificate for College of Higher Education
2 Fluent English
3 Graduates in Business Administration
4 up to 3 years related experience
5 Basic knowledge of Notes; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of SAP modules
6 Meeting & communication techniques; Negotiation competence; Analytical and selling capabilities

Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
