DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead key functions in Quality, Production, Logistics, Materials and Project Management.

2. Lead the relocation of the whole Operations team by mid April 2012.

3. Drive design transfer of NPIs from R&D using PACE.

4. Drive Lean Manufacturing across functions.

5. Responsible for overall Instruments costs.

6. Will be point person for future product transfer from other sites.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION:

1. Academic degree in Bio-Medical, Engineering or Science, master and above preferred.

2. At least 10 years operational experience in an operations management position leading functions in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and quality.

3. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
