岗位职责：

1. 协助经理安排员工日常工作，并每日检查员工工作质量，保证工作得到及时完成和程序及安全措施得到贯彻和实施
2. 制定设备的保养和操作步骤，并对操作和维护人员进行培训
3. 根据年度设备设施预防性保养计划负责设备设施的月度预防性保养计划，并切实执行计划，保证设施设备始终处于良好运转状态，并延长其使用寿命
4. 负责设备异常问题的报修、跟进、协调、处理，确保设备的正常运行

岗位要求：

1. 熟悉电气原理，对电气控制线路精通
2. 能看懂图纸，熟悉各元器件所在位置、功能及动作效果，
3. 精通中央空调及空调机组主要结构及性能，了解洁净房的日常管理
4. 熟悉PLC编程以及PLC控制设备故障的判断与维修
5. 大专以上学历，自动化及相关专业，4年以上工作经验
6. 具有团队管理经验，良好的沟通和领导能力，有一定的英语基础
7. 具备较强的工作责任心，能吃苦耐劳，年龄35岁以下
8. 熟悉ISO14001和OHSAS18001的优先
