? 工作间的服务员手推车
Stocks room attendant’s cart
? 每间客房包括续住房都用干净的布草重新做床
Strips and remakes beds with Fresh Linen in every room including stayovers
? 清空垃圾篓和烟灰缸（如果使用过）---更换所有吸烟房的烟灰缸
Empties wastebaskets and ashtray (if Used) – replace ashtray in all smoking rooms
? 若必要，用湿抹布擦所有窗台，门，墙面以及灯开光
Wipes all window sills, doors, and walls when needed, as well as light switches
? 所有房间的吸尘—若看到赃物，要现场即刻清理
VACUUMS EVERY ROOM – spot clean when you see stains
? 所有家具以及固定装置的抹尘，包括床头板，台灯以及梳妆镜
Dusts all furniture and fixtures – including headboard, lamps, and desk mirror
? 汇报任何维修问题，包括烧坏的灯泡
Reports any maintenance issues including burned out light bulbs
? 在文件夹里放上文具包括2支笔一起放在桌面
Puts stationary in folder along with 2 pens and places on desk
? 清洁浴室里德所有镜面以及所有梳妆固定装置
Wipes mirrors and all vanity fixtures down in bathroom
? 检查确保空调和暖气的恒温状态
Checks heating and air condition thermostat
? 确保闹钟没有设置闹铃
Makes sure alarm clock is not set for alarm
? 若需要，更换床垫，地毯或床罩
Changes mattress pads, blankets, or bedspreads when needed
? 清洁消毒洗手间包括洗手间周围的卫生，消毒淋浴间和浴缸，清除所有霉菌和皂垢
Cleans and Sanitizes toilet – and around toilet/behind toilet – sanitizes showers and tubs – removes all mildew and soap scum

Wipes down shower curtain – replaces when needed

Cleans sink and fixtures

Removes all hair from bathroom floor as well as cleans bathroom floor with cleaning agent and rag
? 重新进货所有的毛巾布、肥皂、意见卡，咖啡以及其他房间设施
Restocks all terry, soap, glasses, comment cards, coffee and other room amenities
? 若需要，清理咖啡壶，确保所有壶都已经塞紧盖好
Clean coffee pots when needed, - ensures pots are plugged in
? 在班次结束前吸尘走廊，以确保走廊里没有任何碎屑
Vacuums hallways after shift – to ensure there’s no debris in hallway
? 负责组织整理所有客房部管辖区域
Responsible for neatness and organization of housekeeping areas
? 负责房间里所有物品丢失的处理，比如遥控器，请勿打扰标志，行李架等等
Responsible for missing items in room such as remote control, do not disturb sign, and luggage racks etc.
? 所有垃圾需被拉到服务区，并放入垃圾桶里
All trash need to be pulled to service area and placed in trash can provided
? 所有脏的盘子或玻璃器皿需被放到服务区的洗碗盆中
All dirty dishes or glassed need to be placed in bus tub in service areas
? 清洁整理电话机，确保电话机上的卡片摆放整齐，若有需要，则及时更换
Clean and sanitize phones – make sure the card on the phone is in good shape – replace if needed
? 确保窗帘及一些布艺处于适当的长度，而且是同一长度
Make sure curtains and some draperies are at proper length and are the same length
? 若家具被客人挪动了，则须重新归位
If furniture is rearranged from a guest put back in proper place
? 检查淋浴头
Check shower head for mold
? 检查床头柜以及床之间的空隙，以确保无垃圾和碎屑
