The Executive Technology Office provides technology support to company officers and their staffs. This position will act as the lead IT face off for executive support within the region and represents the face of IT to the company leadership. This environment often requires out of the box thinking, where creative problem solving is encouraged to meet customer requirements. The position requires the highest level of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion, as Analysts are routinely asked to assist with the creation, modification and transport of company secret and confidential information, as well as other sensitive data. This is a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with direct exposure to upper management in a 1:1 setting.
Job Description:
? Lead problem resolution and provide direction for AP exec support team when troubleshooting with executives via telephone, e-mail and personal visits to offices/homes. At times may require off-hours support.
? Provide guidance and lead resolution to hardware/software/network problems associated with PCs, laptops, PDAs, printers, mobile phones, corporate/office applications.
? Act as lead and primary point of contact when interfacing via face to face and email with Senior Management and their staffs to resolve technology issues to full closure.
? Determine and lead the set-up of off-site remote room audio and video capability based on meeting requirements and executive requests.
? Act as primary interface with Supervisor in EU and Manager in FNA on issues, status and help needed within region. Also act as primary point of contact with IT leadership on status and escalated issue resolution within region.
? Provide support to executives during international hours (extended hours) as needed and coordinate with team members to ensure coverage during off-hours.
? Ensure ETO standard processes are being implemented correctly across team within AP region.
? Lead and represent AP exec support in discussions with global FNA, FOE, FSA ETO teams when resolving issues systemic to ETO customer base, specific focus on AP customer needs, usage and preferences.
? Coordinate AP exec support participation in early pilot programs within the company.
? Provide technology support for Senior Executive on-site executive meetings and off-site conferences.
? Ensure AP is following appropriate customer data recovery, backup, and destruction/wipe service in compliance with IT Security policies and ETO standards.
? Perform SILAS administration functions
? Perform PC staging, using Ford standard Global Client staging process.
