工作职责
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

? 确保客人、员工及酒店财产的安全
Ensure the security of guest 、staff and hotel property
? 执行酒店保安及险情程序
Implement the procedure of hotel security and hazards
? 如有火情，必须非常熟悉酒店的险情计划并执行计划安排
Familiar with the hotel emergency procedure and implement it if fire
? 熟悉酒店火警及消防器材的位置
Familiar with the position of fire warn and fire facility
? 定期巡查公共场所及保安岗位，杜绝酒店员工赌博
Patrol public area and security station, stop hotel staff gambling
? 杜绝酒店员工聚众闹事、破坏
Eliminate hotel staff gather a crowd and make disturbance
? 巡查酒店各处，如：员工更衣室、厨房、酒水间、停车场及周边地方
Patrol every corner in the hotel, like: locker, kitchen, wine store,
car park and the place around
? 当保安经理从监控电视上得知任何不正常情况而做出指令时，保安员必须马上作出行动
Security guards should take actions immediately when security
manager gives out order based on the centre controlled TV
? 确保无闲杂人员出入酒店或在酒店周围闲逛
Ensure that no people without fixed duties enter or leave the hotel
or wandering around in the hotel
? 与同事、警察及政府其他安全部门通力合作
Cooperate with colleagues, policeman and other government
security department
? 遵照执行酒店的政策和程序，并积极向主管提出自己的意见和建议
Implement the hotel polices and procedures, and give out yourself
opinion and suggestion actively
? 如有破坏财产的现象应及时制止并向主管报告并详细记录在值班记录本上
Stop and Report immediately if there are some phenomenons of
property destroying , take a detail record as well
? 警惕各种不正常的包裹、客人和车辆，并向主管报告
Pay more attention to all kinds of unusual packages, guests and
vehicles, and report to supervisor
? 熟悉酒店财务分布、标志、进出点，确保酒店财产安全
Familiar with the hotel financial distribution、signage、entrance and
exit to make sure the safety of hotel property.
? 按人事部要求检查员工的包裹和衣柜
Check the staff package and cabinet according to the require of HR
department
? 确保岗不离人
Ensure that there is sb. On guard all the time
? 需要时保卫财务部现金出入及公司银行提款
Provide the security of finance department when cash in and
out ,drawing money from bank if required
? 服从公司的其他工作安排
Obey any other assignments by company
