Position Purpose(Overview of the position)
The Communications Supervisor, Brand and Sedan is responsible for developing, promoting and maintaining a positive image of the Lincoln brand and its sedan products, strengthen the brand and sedan products’ reputation to target media outlets, ultimately raising public consideration and favorability.
The job requires candidates to develop strategies for promoting the Lincoln brand and sedan products; and collaborate with marketing, sales and service teams, third-party agencies and other relevant stakeholders. Candidates are also expected to take supervisory roles in various Lincoln events, including but not limited to auto shows, product launches, campaigns, dealer openings and sponsorship events.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive strategy for Lincoln China’s brand and sedan products
  • Position the Lincoln brand and its sedans in China with MSS under the supervision of Comms Manager.
  • Develop and lead long-term and short-term brand strategies, delivery schedules; build the image of Lincoln as an innovative and leading luxury brand in China.
  • Supervise product communications, events and social media activities; make sure their consistency with Lincoln’s brand image.
  • Identify and utilize new opportunities, drive and innovate new ways of doing business.
  • Interface with the Lincoln global team and MSS to optimize branding and communication effectiveness.
Execute branding plans and relevant events with high effectiveness
  • Supervise the branding element and provide overarching ideas for auto shows, media events, sedan product launches as well as other relevant events.
  • Supervise agencies and other external partners in bidding, planning and execution; ensure timely delivery; offer consultancies when necessary.
  • Develop, manage & control the budget, maximizing cost-effectiveness; ensure projects are completed within budget parameters.
Optimize Lincoln’s media strategy to expand the brand’s media reach; enhance media and public favorability of the Lincoln brand and its sedan products.
