Background (背景要求)　：

- Bachelor degree from major university;
( HVAC / refrigeration / mechanical / business administration )
重点大学学士学位；
( 暖通 / 制冷 / 机械 / 商务, 等 )

- 2 years direct selling experience, prefer in building industry;
( equipment supply / service solution / project selling )
二年直接销售经验，具楼宇建筑／设施(备)管理业从业实践优先；

- Excellent communication skill;
出色优异的交流技能；

- Aggressive, initiative, result oriented;
主动, 进取, 结果导向;

- English and computer
