Position purpose

Manage Customer Clinic in AP; WFP

Position responsibilities

- Overall management of Customer Clinics in AP – Forward Planning, Budge & Order, Training, Coordinate and Communicate with RDA, PD, MFG, Purchasing, MS&S etc., On Site Project Management, Manage Deliverables and Propose Final Report to Senior Management Team
- Track Quality department budget status and regular reporting to leadership
- Manage PR / PO process, track CPARS / QAD purchase orders and payment of invoices
- Forward planning. Conduct research on current and future business situation to propose an overall plan
- Provide trainings to skill team for each customer clinic
- Work with both external and internal to kick off projects, allocate resources, recruit target customers, and reach agreement
- Set up facilities. Manage the clinic onsite in all markets within AP region
- Improve Process / Documentation / Formation of Customer Clinic. Develop standard and specification.
- Support senior management on AP MFG Quality and QBO Work Force Planning ensuring reconciliation of existing headcount across AP and future requirements identified. Work with HR and Finance to ensure full alignment.
