Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
· Act as the primary communication channel between JV manufacturing site IT teams and rest of the Ford IT teams
· Facilitate Best practices sharing between Site IT teams across the region
· Act as an escalation point for JV IT when standard processes fail
· Implement process improvements within Site Management.
· Make sure the processes are followed and consistent.
· Sharing Knowledge across sites and helping in creating knowledge articles.
· Collect and maintain Site IT information repository for the JV’s.
· Site Maturity Matrix(SMM) maintenance.
· Service Manager - Working with Global Service Providers(ITSD, GOSH, etc.) to improve Services
· Conduct pattern/trend analysis of systemic issues
· Liaise with other region and global manufacturing IT counterparts on common IT issues.

Preferred previous experiences / competencies to prepare for the position (Including required qualifications)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent Inter-personnel skills
· Good Project Management skills
· Strategic thinking skills
· Ability to work independently on ambiguous subjects with minimal direction
· Exposure to Ford IT operating model

Special Knowledge or skill required
· Exposure to ITSM

Education Qualification: BE / MCA / MBA(IT)

Number of Years of Experience: 7 years of progressive responsibilities within IT

Any other requirement
· ITSM certification is desired
· Be open for short travels within the region
