Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

`Manage IT Leadership expectations including balancing immediate analysis and reporting needs
`Own and maintain Manufacturing BIT metrics Maintain the Manufacturing strategy map and report on commonality and alignment with global strategy
`Prepare and maintain the BPR documents for the APA Mfg VP, as well as Global Mfg EVP
`Liaise and interface with the Manufacturing business Office to ensure business and IT strategy alignment, including timing alignment on the APA Better Plan

Preferred Previous experiences/ competencies:

Leadership
Ability to influence others with conflicting priorities to achieve team objectives
Ability to effectively engage with peers within the region and across CBG's (time-zones)
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Functional / Technical
Experience with ITMS and Business Objects is an advantage
Experience with BPR documents
An understanding of the Mfg application portfolio is an advantage
