职位描述
？ Works on large complex programs or multiple programs Consulting Business Analysts for Enterprise Programs/initiatives.
？ Acts as a trusted partner with the business and undertakes complex business analysis work using broad and/or deep domain knowledge to specify requirements for solutions.
？ Supervise Business Analyst(s) and supporting agency, business consultants, and/or IT vendors
？ Establishes the roadmap for achieving the future state with the stakeholders for major business initiatives.
？ Lead all integration planning and analysis efforts ensuring smooth phases in project/program lifecycle.
？ Researches and conveys global business and technology trends to apply to project and program engagements.
？ Presents and reviews business analysis with stakeholders at mid/senior level IT and business partner management.
？ Works with business partners to develop the business case for a project.
？ Manages large, multi-functional chartering sessions with stakeholders.
？ Identifies business value criteria and associated metrics.
？ Assesses solution designs for value, affordability, reuse, and extensibility.
？ Consults with others on initiatives, projects, or programs as either a domain or business analysis process expert.
？ Drives efficiencies in business analysis best practices.
？ Defines standards and re-engineers business analysis practices across the organization.
？ Manages internal and external stakeholder relationships.
？ Anticipates issues/risks and manages stakeholder expectations about the solution requirements.
？ Interacts with external business consultants and IT vendors.
？ May manage relationships with business consultant(s) and/or IT vendor(s).
