Roles:

- Be single point contact of AP Port including China Lincoln/India/Thailand Port QOS (Quality Operating System) and Vehicle Evaluation

Responsibility:

- Conduct the FCPA (Ford Consumer Product Audit) evaluation process (FAP02-004) for Import/Export - products in Lincoln/India/Thailand etc.

- Coach/Supervise PDI Supplier Technician to conduct vehicle repair

- Work with Programs, MP&L, FCSD, PD, E&G(Export&Growth) and other department to ensure the successful implementation Import/Export QOS

- Lincoln China Port PDI Center setting up and quality management.

- Regularly Audit Port Process in China Lincoln/India/Thailand and drive Port is compliant with Port QOS

- Ensure consistency in Port QOS to match market demands and customer satisfaction

- Align FCPA and PDI strategy with external indicators

- Work with Assembly plant to improve import/export products quality

- Coach/Supervise PDI Supplier staff to conduct vehicle inspection according to Ford standard
