职位描述
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
-Establish an effective working relationship with JV vehicle launch teams, manufacturing, purchase, finance teams to ensure effective new project launch based on One Ford principles
-Manage and follow up project movements by coordinating with cross-functional plant team on execution of new project launch, monitoring milestone, work quality and project budget
-Support China JV new project logistics network (Inbound and Outbound) design
-Support China JV inbond &outbond new project logistics cost analysis
-Identify opportunities, propose correctives actions and lead continuous improvement with both external partners (mainly carrier and 3PL) and internal resource (sourcing, production and distribution)
-Explore and implement in a creative way on any opportunity to improve the logistics supplier service in terms of "Speed and Quality"
-Develop monthly logistics cost and operational KPI reports to continuous improvement. Support plants team to develop and maintain a set of metrics to productivity, responsiveness and quality of logistics suppliers
· Ensure zero major production disruptions
· Meet the supply chain cost metrics
· Meet the delivery service metrics
Candidate Specification
-Education Qualification: Bachelor degree, major in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or relevant subjects;
-No. of Years of Experience: 8 years working experience,at least 4+ years material planning or inventory control experiences in manufacturing companies is compulsory,
-Professional Exposure: (Technical Skills) Good knowledge of data analysis; knowledge on MRP logic, familiar with SAP or other ERP system; Good knowledge with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-Functional Skills: Project management skills
-Behavioral Skills: Good internal and external communication skill
- Process and customer oriented
- Strong analytical and simulation skills
- Quality orientated approach
- Special Knowledge/Skills Required: Good English oral and written communication skills
