Position purpose

Support Skill Team Leader on the adminstrative work

Job Desctription:
Be able to perform a variety of secretarial duties from taking care of clerical work and minor administrative and business matters to aiding the work efficiency of the supervisor (s) , such as: handling contacts; mail routing and following –up on work, producing document, and correspondence, preparing for meetings, taking minutes, monitoring schedules, making travel arrangements, filing documents, taking care of personal banking matters and miscellaneous errands.
Recognize, comply and handle work based on the company’s principles, policies, procedures and guidelines
Coordinate supervisors’ work within the team and with others
To attend the day to day requirements of the team and provide administrative support including arranging meetings, managing office supplies/ canteen supplies, and travel schedules of the team

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher with 2-3 years experience in related field
Experienced Executive Level support in multi-cultural environment is an advantage
Ability to pro actively manage the time of his/her Supervisors
High proficiency in English communication & correspondence
Effective work prioritization with flexible working hours.
Good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft office) and office equipment knowledge
