Job Description & Qualifications

Receptionist related job scope:
? Answer the incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate person in a polite and professional manner, take messages and check the voice mail first thing in the morning and direct to the person concerned on a timely basis.
? Receive visitors in the lobby, arrange for the registration and meeting with the contact person.
? Ensure no visitor is allowed to enter into the general office area unless accompanying by a company employee.
? Ensure lobby entrance area is maintained neatly at all times.
? Perform clerical duties such as typing and administering stationary (including ordering and record-keeping).
? Handle office mails and newspapers as following:
- Distributing in-coming mail/fax and keeping records if necessary.
- Sending out-going mails on a timely basis and keeping records if necessary.
- Distributing newspapers/ magazines to appropriate person/ department on time.
? Order office supply.
? Conference room coordination.
? Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required by the Company/Supervisor.


Facilities assistant related job scope
? Assist to deal with the facilities and housing related issues.
? Be in charge of the housekeeping of the office with cleaners.
? Organize and maintain facilities related filing system.

Functional skills

Good Manner, pleasant personality and professional image.
Self-starter, team-work spirit.

Job specific skills
Fluent English skill in both oral and written.
College or university education is preferred.
1-2 years relevant working experience; Multi-national company experience is preferred.
Good at MS Windows applications.
