职位描述
BUSINESS SUPPORT - OVERALL
` Subject matter expert for users in AP (market and regional office): go-to person for any basic data entry issues or queries, provides coaching to new employees in the central office on system use
` Coordinate (as key contact) with the Technical Team and users for any concerns, issues, queries and fixes for regional technical issues
` Work with global and regional forums to prioritize issues and get approval for system change requests
` Prepare system related metrics (transaction timeliness, dormant positions, etc…) to support management reviews
` Analyzes regional employee support tickets and makes recommendations about updates or changes to training, system pick-lists, etc. Shares results with Global team to determine required system changes.
BUSINESS SUPPORT - PEOPLESOFT
` Maintain PeopleSoft configurations and set up tables
` Work with IT team on enhancement requests / system changes
` Facilitate resolution of data quality issues
` Ensure adherence to standardized process related to PeopleSoft usage
` Monitor data quality in PeopleSoft
` Primary point of contact/troubleshooter for data related errors in any downstream interface
` Ensure adherence to standardized process related to PeopleSoft usage
BUSINESS SUPPORT – BUSINESS OBJECTS
` Support / guidance to regional HR for report generation – e.g. employee lists, compensation history
` Builds specific report for urgent business needs
` Promotes HRIS usage through coaching and encouragement in HR regional and market HR forums
` Support new report releases
BUSINESS SUPPORT in SuccessFactors
` Provide support to HR People Operation Process team to prepare for and administer Pulse Process (e.g. Position Mapping, Hierarchy Report Generation, Pulse Manager Position Reports, All Employee Pulse Report, etc.)
` Configures and maintains global system home page
` Builds specific reports in Success Factors Ad Hoc report builder to support Ford’s regional reporting requirements.
` Supports configuration of system for upcoming processes, including setting up each annual cycle for regional specific forms (where applicable).
` Works with Global Talent Admin in identifying configuration changes to forms, instructions, workflows, notifications, pick lists, etc.
` Leads region specific form updates, as required
` Manages regional needs to manually close out of uncompleted forms according to agreed upon business rules (e.g., performance review forms, 360 forms).
` Support Global Talent Admin in maintaining system related employee support and governance documentation and material.
` Leads set up and maintenance of Regional Related Work Groups and coordinates with Global Talent Admin rollup requirements if outside Business Unit.
` Supports Global Talent Admin for updating and maintenance of global language translations of custom Ford content (e.g., on screen instructions, hover text etc.). Leads validation of translations for languages in Regional Admin’s regional scope of responsibility.
` Supports Global Talent Admin in administration of system roles and access regarding regional requirements.
` Leads development and distribution of regional ad hoc reports
` Addresses issues escalated in alignment with employee support model (e.g., unlocking forms)
` Lead point of contact with SuccessFactors Platinum support for region of responsibility.
` Supports Global Talent Admin work with SuccessFactors platinum support to ensure adherence to GIS standards retention requirements by process.
` Identifies regional daily interface issues for problems and reports to Global Talent Admin
