职位描述

Key elements of responsibilities include

1. Business Partnership: Assist to plan and organize regular meetings with business clients (Skill Teams/Markets senior leadership) and HR Partners (HRBO Directors, Functional L&D Leads etc.). Interact with key stakeholders to collect learning needs, feedback and comments under limited guidance from superior. Consolidate all requirements, feedback, comments from stakeholders and make initial recommendation when required. Support in closing loops with/ update key stakeholders based on work items and meetings

2. Leadership & Professional Development Program Management
· Lead the execution of the AP L & PD programs; Conduct necessary benchmarking exercises for best practices learning and adaptation; Assist to convert the business needs into learning needs; Partner with vendor and/or key internal stakeholders to develop the stand alone/single learning solution/program or act as co-lead of project team for complex/integrated program. Manage the program (right from nomination, communication, budget, partnering with Operations team for program implementation and engaging the business leaders ad speakers for the programs.)
· Maintain the program year on year, making necessary updates and proposals for program improvement based on evaluation data and customer feedback; Support launch in new markets/ functions

3. Communication & facilitation
· Co-lead the regular (i.e. monthly) Market L&PD meeting including agenda setting, planning, consolidating, facilitating and follow-up;
· Provide support to regular key stakeholder meetings (i.e. Market HR Leads , Regional L&D Forum etc.) including set up the agenda, invite/confirm attendance and follow up
· Regional Delivery - Support facilitating / delivery of selected Leadership & Professional Development programs across AP (professional target audience)

4. Support Other ad hoc job tasks/ projects that assigned by supervisor

Qualification

· Education Qualification - Bachelor Degree with Minimum 8 years working experience, with not less than 5 years in Learning & Development
· Processional Exposure of Learning & Development Operations
· Preferred Experience - Instructional Design (ISD) exposure/ experience; Facilitation/Training Skills
· Preferred previous experiences - Communication & coordination of L & D programs
· Functional Skills MS office; L & D Process – ADDIE; Analytical skills; Systematic organizer of data.
Delivery Skills – Behavioral Programs is a plus
- Behavioral Skills Communication skills; Building relationships ; Proactive and can-do attitude; Project Management; Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow through ; Process Discipline
- Special Knowledge/Skills Required - Cross culture working experience is a plus; Previous experience in L & D (regional/ market role) is a plus; Experience in a Multinational environment, Regional office / virtual office is a plus. Team work; Understanding of time zone difference and virtual working teams; ability to Multi-task
