Position Purpose

Serve as the Product Cycle Plan (CP) and preprogram business related single interference between AP Program Office, Manufacturing Plants to consolidate the program assumption and then support MBO India team for manufacturing feasibility study in term of strategy, investment level, process requirement etc. (Vehicle Operation Focused)

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
? Coordinate total AP cycle plan on behalf of Manufacturing Engineering and Launch for workload containability assessment.
?Analyze launch stagger issue / solution at APR phrase for management earlier awareness.
?Lead AP manufacturing assessment for the global cycle plan vignette input.
?Conduct program investment efficiency reporting and analysis.
?Be Single Point of Contact for PD in all APR studies, for high level manufacturing strategy and costing input (Footprint, F&T, etc).
?Lead the AP APR studies and align with PD planning team for AP cycle plan containability assessment.
?Collect and study the reasonable program assumption for Pre- input of program investment and launch costs.
?Lead the AP Source of Fund and Use of Fund assessment and attend the global review forum to align the input.
?Work with Product Strategy Office on the advanced product studies to support AP growth.
?Coordinate the program studies to support China Aspiration Plan.
?Coordinate the program studies to support the ASEAN Better Plan, e.g. Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
?Coordinate the program studies to support India Growth Plan.
?Secure adequate study requirements, assumptions and timing from Program Offices; discuss/negotiate the above when beyond manufacturing resource.
?Conduct regular dialogue with affected plants to support MBO India team for the pre- PS program studies.
?Coordinate the SoMP reporting for global MFG senior management review, cross functionally with PD Finance, VOME, NMP, MFG Finance, & MP&L
