General:

This is a senior IT leadership position, responsible for managing all aspects of IT service delivery to the businesses in China. The scope includes managing a team of 10+ IT personnel, working with local and regional vendors as well as various regional and global IT teams, to support 3 marketing offices and 4 manufacturing plants.

Job responsibilities include the following:

- Internalize and advance the company culture using our MBM guiding principles
- Lead China IT team to deliver IT services in a effective and efficient manner whilst aligning with global strategies and initiatives
- Ensure that the delivery of IT services and products are in compliance with local laws and regulations and aligned with company standards and policies
- Develop China IT team with the right capabilities to support China growth projects
- Build strong relationships with capabilities and business leaders to understand, anticipate and satisfy any new demand and requirements
- Lead Front End Loading project work and any mergers, acquisition & divestiture efforts in the China region
- Overall manage and lead implementation of global IT projects locally in China
- Manages the plant and leveraged IT cost in China

Job Requirements:

- Professional with 5-8 years working experience in leadership positions in Information Technology
- Broad IT technical background - Infrastructure, telecommunications, commercial and manufacturing applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Supervisory skills
- Very good communication, negotiation, networking and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively and independently with other teams at different levels locally, regionally and globally.
- Strong Project management skills. Able to manage and lead project teams with individuals of diverse background (gender, race, nationality and work experience)
- Knowledge of industry IT standards and practices in China will be preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing process applications will be preferred
- Experience in these technologies - Microsoft platform, MPLS network, SAP will be preferred
