Position Summary 职位目标
1) Perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties.
2) Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and other managers and employees.
Major Job Accountabilities 主要工作任务
1) Provide administrative/secretarial support to one or more of the senior management team.
2) Liaise with relevant individuals and external organizations for meetings including agenda preparations and meeting minutes.
3) Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and other executives, managers and employees.
4) Gather, compile, verify and analyse information for the executive to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations and news release.
5) Calendar management and travel arrangements.
6) Process all required reports and expense claims.
7) Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files.
8) Undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested.

Bachelor major in English or Administratives
Working Experience 工作经验
2 years or above assistant experiences in supporting foreign manager in MNC.
Prior healthcare industry preferred.
