职位描述


The Product & Promotion Specialist will develop the Ford China imported vehicle local product feature and price strategy for China market by fully communicating with AP product team base on understanding of China auto market and consumer needs, and will initiate the supporting document for BU’s business development strategy. At the same time, the specialist will also serve as the leader to manage the sales promotion work which aligned with imported models’ brand communication. The specialist will be responsible for multi-agency management according to the related work.

1. Lead local product & price strategy development for FORD CHINA imported vehicle


Fully understand China market and consumer needs, and translate into AP product team
Lead the identification and implementation of new requirements for China market imported product by monitoring market condition and our product’s competitiveness
Provide valuable input for future Nameplate Brand Positioning including but not limited to Target customers, Product Benefits, Personality/Image, Pricing Strategy, etc.

2. Lead development of national sales promotion strategy and dealer communication and management


Develop each nameplate sales promotion strategy and execution plans via fully understanding of brand communication strategy and market condition
Develop new car national launch strategies which aligned with global launch principle, as well as local culture accustomed by consumers
Effectively plan and pace dealer communication effort based on communication with PR, brand and Sales team
Successfully execute all the promotion & launch plans via dealer communication and management

Qualification

1.Preferred previous experience:marketing & agency

2.Keycompetencies: product & market analysis, product marketing, communication strategy, consumer insight; sales promotion; dealer management, managing the marketing mix; relationship management; revenue and cost management.

3.Strong ability of product and market analysis


4.Have experience in Marketing, Sales promotion and BTL event

5.Be knowledgeable on Ford business processes and products and AP&A markets
