Job Description

*Build product buying plans for each brand and category based on historical data analysis to reach projected sales, sell-thru and margin targets.
*In charge of selecting each SKU based on plan and securing stock levels, then working with planning to guarantee on-time delivery and product launch.
*Partner with studio team to ensure high quality of photo-shooting, copywriting and all related product information.
*Partner with planning and marketing team on promotional programs to drive revenue.
*Manage Merchandise Assistant and/or Merchandise Supervisor based on KPI system
*Liaise with Customer Service team to provide product training processes

Background

*Strong knowledge of local market conditions and practices of the Fashion industry in China, b
*A strong history of sales goal achievement during career.
*Excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal skills.
*Highly analytical, with ability to manage sales forecasts effectively.
*Previous e-commerce experience preferred.
*Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year college or university.
*3 years minimum Merchandising experience in Fashion industry.
*Experience in mono-brands, retail distributors or multi-brand stores is preferred.
