职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide regional business production support to APA markets (focused on China), plants and export operations using the FOE vehicle order processing systems or interfacing to those applications.
2. Provide SME application knowledge to market, regional and dependent users as directed to support ongoing competency development and ensure order fulfilment execution in line with the agreed allocations and operating plan
? Analyse & resolve business issues relating to order fulfilment across the VOPS/GOaLS suite deployed across AP
? Liaise across functions (Sales, Marketing, MP&L, Manufacturing, IT) to ensure resolution of problems and understanding of root cause
? Support the AP OTD Business Support Manager in managing issues and tickets through support process & reporting of open issues status
? Helps develop the local market teams knowledge and competency as related of VOPS applications and processes
? Travel when/where required supporting the deployment of incremental OTD application launches and/or training
? Support deployments of new tools or changes to existing tools across the business community and through project delivery when required e.g. Sales Data Warehouse
? Manage multiple markets requirements concurrently.
? Conduct UAT on behalf of the business when required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology , Business Administration or other related field
2. 3-5 years of related experience
3. Preferable to experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Project management
4. Excellent business analysis skills, problem solving/data analysis skills involving complex applications
5. Fluency in mandarin
6. Prior experience in programming desirable
7. Knowledge of applications within the VOPS portfolio desirable
