Background:
Accenture Infrastructure Outsourcing Delivery Centre is Accenture global Unit within Infrastructure Outsourcing. Infrastructure Outsourcing Delivery Centre is responsible for all Technology Infrastructure services delivered to Accenture IT outsourcing clients as an Infrastructure Outsourcing business.
The IT system specialist is responsible for delivering Microsoft Windows server, desktop, network and other related system management service for the Accenture IT outsourcing Business. The services provided by the Accenture IO Delivery Centre include Design, Architecture, Project Management, Transition, Deployment, Implementation, Operations and Sustenance of IT Infrastructure spread across various locations and countries.
Position Responsibilities:
The IT system specialist will be responsible to manage and deliver the Global Projects for the Unit.
The initiatives under IO Delivery centre cover the full spectrum of infrastructure technology work. Examples of current initiatives in progress include the following:
· IBM Lotus Domino Server, must have, trained is acceptable.
· IBM Lotus Notes Client ---Must have (Skilled)
· IBM Lotus Domino/Notes Application--Must have (Trained)
· IBM Lotus Notes Traveler---Nice to have
· Application Support Services
Position Requirements:
Required Education:
Bachelor/Graduate with Engineering Degree and equivalent work experience required.
Years of Experiences:
· Should have 4+ years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure Management / IT Service Delivery
· The candidate should have minimum of 1+ years of project management experience.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in which 3 years experience in Lotus Notes
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders informed of the project delivery
· Be able to understand and adapt, the regional/country specific work cultures, for project delivery
· Be able to build effective working relationships with various other teams within Accenture
· Be able to articulate and communicate the related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical s
