职位描述
1 Support Marketing on new product launch project management from idea to successful launch. This includes:
1.1 Understand MKT needs and define 'to be'.
1.2 Finish feasibility study and supplier performance evaluation on new package sourcing.
1.3 Bidding or negotiation for new package supplier selection.
1.4 Design capacity with support from Planning.
1.5 Support project coordinator for timeline setup on purchasing part.
1.6 Communication and follow up to make sure 1st order delivery on time with right quality.
1.7 Support PE during the package development period according to the PKG development process.
1.8 Weekly update on project status. MRP Waive
1.9 Independently define 'to be' for 'concept design' package change projects
1.10 Raise improvement area in SOP or process. "
2 Sourcing work to make sure an effective material supply. This includes:
2.1 Understand 2-3 material industry, and can find new source.
2.2 Build up key suppliers' profile.
2.3 Strategic sourcing mind during supplier selection.
2.4 Manage change control as the sole supplier contact window.
2.5 Develop material sourcing strategy and sourcing map.
2.6 Solve critical issues and analyze the root cause.
2.7 Lead purchasing initiate DID projects to finish material transfer."
3 Supplier Management to continually improve supplier’s performance and reduce supply assurance risk. This includes:
3.1 Monitor supplier spending and update monthly.
3.2 Evaluate supplier performance from SEM review, issues review, OTIF, Quality feedback from other dept, and update the performance report by monthly,include SEM/SDM
3.3 Support other dept. when meeting issues with suppliers. communication with corporate team
3.4 Lead key supplier performance analysis, and improve critical supplier performance with support of other depts.
3.5 Lead to do the SRM project, select the SRM supplier and improved the supplier performance through SRM."
4 Price Control, this includes:
4.1 Verify material price change and make justifications for approval.
4.2 Negotiate with suppliers for price up-charge, contract renew, etc.
4.3 Understand supplier financial status and make reasonable price estimation.
4.4 Understand material cost structure and tracing the feedstock (e.g. polymer) price to make material price forecast."
5 Lead the communicate with manufacture to improve the supply and let the supply smooth
5.1 When meeting supplying issues, lead to communication with corporate team and support other buyer to Solve critical issues
5.2 Solve critical issues with corporate team
5.3 Find the good point to improve the supply and put the good point into practice."
6. System maintenance in OA/Agile/PLM/ MRB/ LIMS etc.
