- For our Industry Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a I CS SFAE Maintenance Planner / Scheduler BEIJING 西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 维护计划专员 北京.

What are my responsibilities?

• Workflow management

- Receive work order requests

- Daily Work planning / scheduling (based on BBAC Production Requirements)

- Daily Work Dispatch

- Execute work according to work orders and instructions

- Provide feedback to BBAC for closure of work orders

• Report/Tracking:

- Staffing Plan/Actual

- Staff Attrition/Turnover (planned & unplanned)

- Attendance

- Performance Reviews

- Equipment Availability

- MTTR

- Job completion

- Root cause analysis

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineering

- With equipment maintenance experience at least 5 years

What else do I need to know?

- Organization

- Planning training

- Maintenance / production processes

- CMMS

- Technical background

- Social skills

- Communication

- Fluent English
