DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任及要求描述
1. 协助厂长及总部相关部门设立工厂仓储部，建立管理规范。协调第三方合作伙伴及对团队人员进行培训等。
2. 按照公司制度执行公司各相关仓库管理工作，为各部门提供良好服务。管理第三方仓储服务承包商。
3. 管理第三方物流公司及自有运输团队，执行及管理公司货物的物流运输，确保各项指标达到公司要求。
4. 其他物流管理相关的工作或扩展服务集团其他项目工作
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求
1. 大学本科以上学历，物流及财务等相关专业优先。
2. 中英文读/写/说流利，良好的计算机操作水平。
3. 5年以上相关物流及计划管理工作经验，熟悉啤酒等快消品行业流程，具跨生产/财务等部门工作经验的优先
4. 有较强的数据分析及管理能力，熟悉财务系统及物流管理具良好的系统管理运作经验及能力。
5. 熟悉并具有国际化公司（如喜力等类似快消品公司）实施项目的知识及经验，熟悉相关工厂管理体系（如TPM）并有实施经验。
6. 具良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力。
7. 个人素质要求： Be accurate/ reliable/ independent/ flexible. Hard working, Displays initiative; Disciplined; Ability to work and solve problem
8. 愿意在工厂所在地工作及生活。
