Responsibilities:
？ RF subsystem high quality solution development down to component level,including RF coil,RF signal amplifier,RF transceiver circuit design. Technical documentation for design detail, test method and report presentation.
？ Perform integration and verification testing of RF subsystem ,preparing, writing and filing related documents, presentations, reporting and review reporting according to product development process.
？ Prepare schematics, layouts and cable harnesses , support design transfer to manufacturing.
？ RF subsystem performance improvement.
？ Root cause analysis and solution for design, manufacturing and onsite service problem.
？ New concept RF chain hardware pre-research, structure design , prototype building and evaluation.
？ Support of existing products with QA, manufacturing, sourcing, and servicing.
？ Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.

Requirements
？ Major in EE or Physics ,master level above or equivalent.
？ Good understanding of MR and abundant experience on MR RF electronic development and test
？ Experience with high reliability and better performance multi-channel phased array MR RF coils
？ Experience taking RF devices from prototype to mature production
？ Experience with mechanical design and assembly an asset.
？ Profound knowledge for components test and PCBA manufacturing.
？ Knowledge in electromagnetic field/wave and RF electronics
？ Knowledge of electromagnetic field and circuit simulation tool(e.g. FDTD, Spice), advanced measurement equipment (e.g. network/spectrum/NF analyzer)
？ Experience with R&D project develop process.
