工作职责：
1. 根据工作流程,热情、耐心地接待来医院的每一位患者,在所负责的医院里针对病人进行助听器的验配；
2. 对病人进行助听器产品的介绍；
3. 对使用助听器产品的病人进行售后服务；
4. 主动配合团队工作，积极沟通工作事务，避免工作失误以及信息不畅；
5. 上级指派的其他工作。

要求：
1、大专及以上学历，听力学专业或同行业经验者优先；
2、诚实守信，具一定沟通技巧、优秀的服务意识和团队合作精神；
3、具备处理突发事件的解决处理能力，具备较高的工作热情，主动完成下达的任务；
4、勤奋，好学，认真负责，细心，能适应医院的工作环境。
