DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任及要求描述

1. 协助新厂项目经理进行项目中土建设计，设备选型设计，现场施工安装监督等工作。

2. 协助新厂项目经理在项目施工建设过程中对工程进度，质量，安全等方面进行监督，解决过程中的问题

3. 协助项目经理处理与政府相关部门及项目供应商的协调及沟通事宜。

4. 处理项目过程中技术文件的核实，分析，翻译等文档管理工作。

5. 协助厂长设立工厂工程部，建立管理规范。协调设备厂商对操作人员进行技术培训等。

6. 其他新工厂项目相关的工作或扩展服务集团其他项目工作

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求

1. 大学本科以上学历，工程相关专业毕业, 机械类相关专业优先。

2. 中英文读/写/说流利，良好的计算机操作水平，能熟练使用AutoCAD，MS-Project等工程软件。

3. 5年以上工厂工作经验，具专业设备维护管理运作工作经验，熟悉啤酒生产工艺及设备，除掌握机械专业知识外，如具有电气，自动化及工程土建，动力工程等较好专业素质者优先。具生产部门工作经验者优先。

4. 具备多领域（土建/机械/电气）工程项目知识及经验，熟悉工程领域法律法规及实施流程，掌握实施国际化项目安全知识及标准，有管理相关供应商的经验。

5. 熟悉并具有国际化公司（如喜力等类似快消品公司）实施项目的知识及经验，熟悉相关工厂管理体系（如TPM）并有实施经验。

6. 具良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力。

7. 个人素质要求： Be accurate/ reliable/ independent/ flexible. Hard working, Displays initiative; Disciplined; Ability to work and solve problem

8. 愿意在新工厂所在地（嘉善）工作及生活。
