DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任及要求描述
1. 协助厂长设立工厂包装生产部，建立管理规范。协调设备厂商对操作人员进行技术培训等。
2. 以AM pillar（自主维护支柱）推行TPM在生产部的实施及管理。
3. 管理生产过程，对质量，成本及生产成果负责。
4. 管理生产设备的日常维护工作，确保其能按要求高效率的运作。
5. 在工作中建立高效团队，持续改进工作业绩。
6. 新厂建设项目过程中技术文件的核实，分析，翻译等文档管理工作。
7. 其他新工厂项目相关的工作或扩展服务集团其他项目工作。
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求
1. 大学本科以上学历，工程相关专业毕业, 机械类相关专业优先。
2. 中英文读/写/说流利，良好的计算机操作水平。
3. 5年以上工厂工作经验，具生产部门管理工作经验，熟悉啤酒生产工艺及设备，除掌握机械专业知识外，如具有电气，自动化等较好专业素质者优先。
4. 熟悉并具有国际化公司（如喜力等类似快消品公司）实施项目的知识及经验，熟悉TPM管理体系并有实施经验。
5. 具良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力。
6. 个人素质要求： Be accurate/ reliable/ independent/ flexible. Hard working, Displays initiative; Disciplined; Ability to work and solve problem
7. 愿意在新工厂所在地（嘉善）工作及生活。
