职位描述
岗位职责：
1、主要负责与相关政府职能部门的联络与沟通，并通过各种方式建立良好的关系，从他们那里获得建议以避免风险和损失；
2、在一些转移公司权利和义务的法律活动中准备完备的法律文件并且保存好；
3、保存公司基本的和重要的文件，如营业执照、章程、董事会决议等；
4、确保在公司或法律变动时公司的产权证书都被更新；
5、合同和证件的管理。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，法律事务相关专业；
2、5年以上相关工作经验，有公司法务、律所事务所或仲裁机构从业背景；
3、具有基本的法律素养，了解基础法律知识，具备法律从业人员基本技能；
4、具备各类法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力、外部事务的公关能力；
5、较强的英文书写和沟通能力；
6、拥有很强责任心和团队精神，做事认真、严谨、热情。
