PD Finance Supervisor is responsible for the development of program financial analysis, program coordination of Ford Brand Heavy Truck program. In addition the position will support the Taiyuan PD Finance Controller to liaise program financials between Ford, JV and LVEA Finance. This position also support PD Controller on any Taiyuan related special studies as required.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Complete Ford brand program financial analysis and reporting, including:
2. Lead material cost and investment analysis, including supplier quote analysis, and cross-vehicle benchmarking.
3. Lead analysis of contribution margin walks across series, brands and markets to ensure robust milestone financials and alignment of costs and revenues
4. Lead the identification and resolution of APA program financial issues as required, including in-sourcing/outsourcing analysis, freight & duty deep dives, competitive content analysis and other ad hoc analysis.
5. Ensure robust and timely submissions for Heavy truck JV profit model, JV to Ford walk and program reporting through global milestones, including ensuring robust and timely submissions.
6. Oversee the timely development of program financial milestone approval slides (including SoMP) and review data prior to submission to the global program team.
7. Ensure financial alignment with the latest approved APA Business Plan
8. Ensure robust investment tracking, reporting and controls, including engineering, capital spending and launch
9. Position may supervise junior analyst depending on scope and complexity heavy truck program.
10. Coordination across regions to support Ford brand financial analysis and program milestone reviews, including:
11. Working closely with LVEA finance, remotely-located engineers, program commodity buyers, and cost estimators to understand cost, investment and design.
12. Working closely with global cross-functional program team to understand, evaluate and report material cost or investment changes associated with the program
13. Working closely with Marketing & Sales brand managers and Marketing & Sales finance to ensure revenue alignment and margin optimization.
14. Working closely with JMC PD Finance to ensure robust China program financials, aligned timing plans and milestone financial preparations.
15. Development of junior financial analyst team members, including on-the-job training, review and oversight of financial analysis, and professional growth and development
16. Participation in team recruiting and talent identification may be expected.

Preferred previous experiences
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
2. 3-5 years work experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Audit or other related field. Experience may vary depending on education.
