职位描述
Responsible for timely introduction of new products into the manufacturing environment while ensuring the highest levels of quality. Leads Engineering Change Management across product life cycles at Regional Level..
? Drives process and quality improvement and cost reduction.
? Provides plant support and resolves factory engineering issues.
? Manages all New and Sustaining Introductions (full factory extended team coverage).
? Provides Engineering/Pilot qualification build management.
? Provides end-to-end order process, fulfillment and 3PL (merge Centre) enablement readiness.
? Ensures accurate Bill of Materials and regional specific structure to meet regional requirements.
? Leads engineering change management implementation on new and sustaining products.
? Acts as subject matter expert on Excursion Management at fulfillment facilities.
qualification
? Undergraduate degree and 3 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 1-2 years relevant experience.
? knowledge of electronic design, testing and mechanical.
? understanding of core processes that are relevant to product designs and launches.
? Ability to analyze business justification document, prepare functional specifications plan, Work-instruction and ISO documentation.
? Leads product / process reviews with factory extended teams. Helps identify issues / risks to be worked.
? Self-Initiation.
? Works with cross-functional teams.
