Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Envisioning

a. Work with business managers (LL4/LL5/LL6) and lay out IT (global/regional) strategy to support the global/regional business strategy. The resource would be involved for the areas of ADP, Material Cost, PD, and Manufacturing Finance work streams of finance, as well as China JVs and AAT markets.

b. This is a crucial role, since the strategies will impact the entire operations/plan

Strategy Formulation

a. Lead and complete the global/regional strategy based the affordability, involving multiple stakeholders in business and IT (AD, ITO and architecture, Vendors) to formulate the defined strategy by identifying appropriate IT Solutions or projects for ADP, Material Cost, PD, and Manufacturing Finance work streams of finance, as well as China JVs and AAT markets.

b. The BIT owns the strategic decision and this impacts the five year business and cycle plan

Portfolio Planning

a. Develop the business and cycle plans for ADP, Material Cost, PD, and Manufacturing Finance work streams of finance, as well as China JVs and AAT markets by working with business and IT teams. (LL5, LL6 of business and AD)

b. Ensure the consumption plan is in alignment with the business and IT stakeholders (LL5, LL6 of business and ITO)

c. Participate in prioritization discussion and have the ability to ensure that the right projects are prioritized.

d. Ensure projects are approved on time for AD teams to deliver on time

e. Own the business and cycle plan for China JVs and AAT.

Other relevant and common activities

a. Ensure the communication and relationship with business and AD through regular 1:1s with LL6 and LL5.

b. Organize the staff meetings of the work stream and department.

c. Provide strategic guidance to project teams through L3/L2 meetings.

Education Qualification


Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Master degree in IT or related field preferred
2. 8 or more years of background in IT and Auto industry.
3. Good English and Chinese communication skills - oral and writing
4. Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with business and other IT team.
5. Experience of Project Management
6. Experience of 6 Sigma Project
7. Perfer proven work history with a multi-national company and Automotive Industry.
8. Perfer experience in developing and leading strategic initiatives
