Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the China Recruitment Marketing (RM) Lead in planning, development and implementation of integrated recruitment marketing programs, both employer image development and tactical marketing campaigns, bringing in new and innovative ideas both off and online. Set objective is to enable Accenture to attract top talent, both entry level and experienced hire candidates, and drive performance targets in each of our workforces.
This role will involve direct interaction and coordination work with global RM team, HR team, local management, vendors and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the RM Lead in particular as POC with global partners to develop local recruitment marketing strategy and design recruitment marketing programs against that strategy.
Ensure, under the RM Lead guidance, that local image programs support the strategic priorities of Accenture, as well as continuing to build the Accenture brand e.g. development and ongoing management of recruitment marketing programs involving research, positioning, message development, production of online and offline collateral, advertising, case studies, employee profiles, website templates and content.
Drive the management of the local Careers Website (desktop and mobile) and Social Networking Site content/design/functionality in relation to the workforce model and recruitment Internet channel strategy.
Ensure, under the RM Lead guidance, that local marketing programs fully leverage all available and relevant global image programs, tailoring as necessary to local market conditions.
Maintain and support, under the RM Lead guidance, recruitment marketing message architecture involving messages strategy, development and implementation. Requires ongoing coordination with HR workforce teams, recruiting and marketing teams both in global and local level.
Ensure proper metrics and tools are in place to monitor and measure effectiveness of programs implemented.
Provide operational support to the RM Lead to develop local corporate citizenship and diversity and inclusion marketing strategy and execution with a scope of utilizing various marketing channels to present Accenture’s corporate citizenship to local market.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 year experience in marketing (including digital marketing)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Experience and skills in strategic marketing and communications, especially in area of specialization or crossing several functional/technical areas.
Overall business acumen and good knowledge of Accenture’s area of business and overall business strategy.
Working experience of all aspects of marketing and communications, especially media and analyst relations, advertising, internet marketing, internal communications, collateral production, credential development and recruitment marketing.
Expert in reading and analyzing buyer value and media habits research to assess recruit perceptions, motivations, behaviors and career pursuits.
Expertise and skills in implementing tools and metrics to effectively monitor & measure marketing programs implemented
Strong global perspective.
Expert project management skills.
Passion for well-executed deliverables in support of Accenture business strategy.
Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex, high-risk, high-impact issues.
Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to complex issues.
