职位描述
Objective of job
- To take full charge of branch daily operations;
- To ensure tax operation excellence and business compliant in responsible branch office;
- To coordinate with F&Is and regional branch manager to solve customer enquiries and issues in the city;
- To report local leasing business related policy, regulation and development status esp. tax, vehicle, dealer etc.
Qualification required
- Bachelor degree in law / tax / accounting
- Min. 4 years working experience in accounting, tax or insurance areas
- Good knowledge in auto industry policy and regulations, taxation, insurance and accounting method
- Professional understanding of local regulations regards tax, accounting as well as vehicle management
- Operational excellence mind-set and self-disciplined
- Good communication skill to authorities, external providers and end customers
- High ability to work independently in office administration and external party liaison
- Customer orientation with good business sense and compliance
Task designation
- Branch operations – tax:
- local authority communication
- tax certificate update and tax analysis
- VAT/Business tax/ CCT/ES/LES/IIT filling and payment issue
- Timely tax report
- Stamp duty calculation and payment
- Branch operations – operations:
- Customer file management
- Customer invoice management
- Other adhoc tasks e.g. Fine ticket management, vehicle registration support etc.
- Branch operations – insurance:
- Coordinate with local insurance branches regards premium deduction for new policy
- Support insurance renewal and policy delivery
- Other adhoc cases support e.g. Total loss and theft cases document support
- Sales support and other local regulation and policy reporting
