职位描述

Job Summary

The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for executing administration tasks around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs

Key Responsibilities

They will be responsible for a range of processes as defined by the team structure in The ABS they are aligned with. The ABS service lines are as follows:
Exit management
Leave administration
Redeployment (Cross-border transfer/Workforce transfer)
Employee data management
Employee certification administration
People line

Transactions (SAP and Other)
Complete all administrative and transactional tasks related to the implementation of the service lines noted above
Perform information maintenance and update for all service lines (e.g.: new hires, leave administration, personnel information changes and updates) in an accurate and timely manner

Systems / Standards
Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards

Customer Services
Assist line management and employees by providing advice on relevant HR policies and by providing access to personnel information as required
Respond to employee phone enquiries in a timely and effective manner ensuring where an immediate response can be given, that the enquiry is escalated appropriately

Teamwork
Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods
Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries as directed by the Specialist

Process Improvement
Continuously improve HR processes by undertaking regular reviews administered through the SAP and assisting in reviews administrative systems and procedures

Reporting
Provide regular HR statistical and ad hoc reports and information analysis as required country HR by effectively using SAP and its reporting structures
Prepare reports for the designated service lines performance metrics as outlined in the Service Level Agreement

Auditing
Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regular conduct of audits appropriate to service lines

Special Projects
Assist country HR by providing support to local projects with ad hoc services as requested

Relationships
Reports to: PA Japan Team Lead
Supervises: n/a
External Relationships: HR service providers – as appropriate

Qualifications
Education: Year 12 essential. Tertiary qualifications would be considered an advantage
Work Experience: 2 year plus relevant experience in HR/Recruiting/Customer Services/Outscoring
