JOB STATEMENT
Site service for FSE department

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1,Support the parts service representative fully to promote the parts sale

· Collect the customer feedback and report to the spare team.

· Collect the application data at the site.

· Cooperate with spare parts service representative, to improve service level and parts recommendation

2, Support service product sales and fulfil the service smoothly, improve the customer relationship to reach maximum customer satisfaction

3, Installing and Commissioning for territorial customers:

· Supervise the customer to make the correct arrangement for MM CSR equipment and accessories

· Supervise the customer to erect and install the CSR equipment

· Supervise the dry and wet commissioning

· Supervise the customer to fulfill equipment promise in the contract

4, Training the territorial customers for the operation and maintenance

5, Solve equipment problems and follow up the equipment situation for territorial customer

· Solve the CSR equipment problems met by the customer

· Follow up the equipment situation

· Complete the relevant CFC system

6, Make customer visit plan and visit the site periodically, mostly solve potential trouble of the crusher equipment in advance, improve the crushing efficiency.

7, work actively and seriously，complete all service work in time

8, Complete any further tasks assigned by the service supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Male
· At least Acad. degree in Mechanical, Mechanical-Electronic Engineering or Mineral processing ,Automation Control .
· At least 3 years working experience as service engineer at mineral processing plant.
· Proven internal and external communication skills via phone, fax, e-mail, and interpersonal
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Skilled in written and oral English
· Experience in installing and maintenance crushers
· Computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, Autocad, etc.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Frequently travel.
· Suit to team work
