Reponsibilities:

- Partner with the regional general manager to strongly support local sales team to achieve the business target.

- Responsible for the direct HR business support for regional commercial teams.

- Proactively providing the HR professional services to the regional commercial teams on people development and retention, performance management and organization development that including all HR related matters to meet the business requirements.

- Operating at the strategic consultant level with the business to develop regional HR solutions for the business units.

- Main develops and recommends HR programs and activities to meet business needs, and to be responsible for implementation on regional HR programs.

- Facilitate employee and manager communications and problem solving.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above.

- At least 8 years work experience in HR area.

- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

- Good organizational and planning abilities.

- Has the experience of set up, implement and improvement on the HRM system.

- Rich HRM theory knowledge and practice operation experience.

- Familiar with the national labor law and rule.

- Familiar with the C&B,Staffing,Performance Management,Retention,Training,etc.

- Team cooperation spirit, strong responsibility.

- Strong organization coordination ability and communication ability.

- Good English level.
