Position:Lincoln Service Parts Purchasing Coordinator Lincoln Service Parts Purc

Job Description & Qualifications

l Support to implement strategies to minimize impact on cost and inventory when parts move from current to past model.
l Coordinate with AP PS&L Team to manage the inventory level to secure the service degree.
l Coordinate with AP PS&L Team to manage and modify the ordering parameters in the system to support the inventory replenishment.
l Develop forecast of imported parts to support RIM (Remote Inventory Management) strategy.
l Coordinate with AP PS&L Team during start-up to develop training, procedures and 3PL contracts.
l Implement global PS&L processes to improve supplier performance, including responsiveness to emergency orders
l Leverage FBSC SCM Team resource to handle routine parts and accessories purchase orders in system
l Work with Production Purchasing to ensure optimal supplier support to CSO with particular emphasis on past model parts.
l Manage parts and accessories ordering process, tracking the parts OTD status in system
l Coordinate with PDC to track the order status to fulfill any emergency requirement from dealer

No. of years of experience:3 to 5 years
Preferred previous experience:Experience on service parts purchasing or planning is preferred
Area of professional exposure (technical skills):Experience on service parts purchasing or planning is preferred
Job specific skills:Must be proficient in English reading, writing and speech. Proficient in computing operating, especially Excel, Word, and E-mail system.
