Job Summary
The role will work with the APAC marketing teams and to assist with the continuing development and maintenance of a contact management and marketing database. There will be data collection, review and editing involved. This role will also be involved in gathering data via variety of sources. This role will also be responsible for regular analytics and metrics reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Management/Campaign and Touchpoints Management
Continuously assess and evaluate data integrity and quality and implement measures and/or processes for improvement
Responsible for ensuring all database related documents are kept up to date and has a consistent message and approach including data protocols, training and ad hoc communications
Ability to identify data irregularities and provide appropriate solutions
Create new Accounts, Companies and contacts in salesforce database
Updating data records - based on marketing team requests or data clean-up project
Regular list generation for data review and revision using Microsoft Excel and/or Access for reporting purposes (including pivot tables)
Create and edit campaigns, tag campaign members to created campaigns
Basic data analysis and manipulation for marketing metrics
On a quarterly basis - reaching out to marketing teams for updated client classifications
Conduct research of targeted list of client organisations to verify, check and amend existing data concerning individual contact details in database; via websites
Ad hoc and/or periodic data clean up/revision (e.g. every 3 months)
Complex report development, report generation, data analysis and manipulation for marketing metrics
Attend salesforce user call regularly
Back-up of internal process within AD team
Learn internal processes and act as a primary service back-up.
Key Deliverables
Ensure 70% to 90% of each key contact's mandatory fields in database are populated
Ensure all lists or reports being generated have been crossed checked for data accuracy and fields completed before distribution
