Job Summary
The Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting the Team Lead to ensure the successful execution of administration tasks around the ongoing operation of Scheduling related programs and processes relevant to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will lead 2 to 5 team members and execute a range of processes within the HR Service Centre, including but not limited to:
Demand creation /update
Employee calendar entry/update
Supply demand management related reporting
IFS related processes and reporting
CV Reminders Process
Chargeability Tracking process
Other resource management related processes
Systems / Standards
Maximizing the effectiveness of the HR function by ensuring the Team use systems (myScheduling and SAP) and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards & SLA.
People Management and Development
Demonstrate effective teaming skills with internal and external team members
Customer Services
The position also involves
Ensuring that the Team responds to all employee enquiries in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service levels
Ensuring that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated to the appropriate person by the Team
Developing and recommending solutions to meet customer requirements in the most cost effective and efficient method possible through the Change Procedure process
Teamwork
Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to other team members during busy periods
Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate to the team lead with constructive recommendation
