Objective of job

• To ensure operation excellence and business compliant in responsible branch offices in the assigned region;
• To ensure proper training and audit in responsible branch offices in the region;
• To coordinate with regional offices, MBAFC sales managers and Beijing office to solve problems and issues in the region;
• To take full charge of regional branch development and registration as project manager;
• To liaise with MBAFC/BMBS DMs to ensure field business excellence.

Qualification required

• Bachelor degree or above in finance / business administration / law / economics / tax / accounting
• Min. 5 years in auto industry, financial services industry, insurance or bank inductry regional management;
• Sound knowledge in auto industry, policy and regulations, processes, taxation, insurance and dealer management
• Solid experiences in project management regards change management, tax and legal affairs and new corporate setup
• Experienced team leader in daily operations
• Excellent communication and team work spirit
• Persuasive and able to communicate in a structured and logical way
• High ability to assert oneself, team orientation and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel

Task designation

• Branch operations monitoring, office audit, operation reporting and team management:
• Audit responsible branch offices to ensure 1 visit every 2 weeks
• Train branch representatives in operations of tax, accounting, system, insurance and other business areas as well as soft skill fields
• Monitor branch operations remotely in proper channel e.g. Mail, phone, digital communications, and other tools to ensure operation excellence
• Develop reporting of area branch operations status on daily/weekly/monthly basis as well as for adhoc presentations
• Branch roll-out registration and development:
• Analysis business demand in field and forecast branch roll-out footprint
• Register and develop new branches in new cities in responsible areas
• Business readiness preparation for new branches in responsible areas
• Issue management and local business partnership liaison:
• Solve external issues eg. AIC, tax bureau, police and other authorities
• Liaise with dealer/MBAFC/BMBS field partners to serve existing operating lease customers in tailor-made solutions
• Timely report on local regulation and policy changes and trend
• MBAFC regional office alignment and joint project management
• Jointly work with MBAFC DSM and RSM in specific local project
