工作职责Responsibilities;
1. 负责录入客户收款凭证,客户相关的会计调整凭证;Entry the payment journal and adjustment about customer ledgers;
2. 负责AR模块帐务处理，制作帐龄分析报表；Handle AR module in ERP , issue the aging reports;
3. 与客户核对往来帐目，催收到期应收帐款；Check the AR ledgers with customers and Collect the payment in time;
4. 编制应收帐帐龄报表，分析应收帐情况；Analysis the customer ledger by aging reports and submit to managers;
5. 定期发送对帐单,销售明细给客户、内部销售人员和管理层；Send the Statement to customers monthly and send the sales detailed information to salesperson and related managers;
6. 及时根据公司市场活动的要求，及时更新销售订单中的信息；Update the information in Sales Orders by marketing activities;
7. 统计销售信息供销售人员，管理人员使用，尤其是市场活动的结果；Issue the Sales Analysis reports to salesperson and management , especially for marketing activities result;
8. 不定期协助上司优化管理流程；Suggest the procedure to managers;
9. 执行其他应收款工作有关的工作；Other AR works;
10. 上级布置的其他工作。Other work assigned by manager

任职要求 Requirements：
1. 大专以上学历，3年以上应收会计工作经验，有零售经验者优先；Colleague, more than 3 years AR experience, Retail experience is preferred;
2. 有ERP经验者优先；ERP experience will be advantage;
3. 熟练使用财务软件和办公软件；Familiar with financial software and MS-Office;
4. 良好的英语口头及书写能力。Fluent in English.
