Responsibility:
1. Execute daily ordering/invoicing and export supply process to achieve supply initiatives as required.
2. Make daily shipping documents including commercial invoice/packing list, customs declaration sheet, related parts certificate with suppliers and the forwarder
3. Coordinate company internal departments about tax refund, purchasing process in line with export procedure and regulation.
4. Communicates and coordinates with the forwarders, chasing them to provide the correct documents and information in time, to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customs clearance.
5. Cooperate with FAPIM team in India for order status tracking and invoicing.
6. Coordinate with warehouse people and suppliers/forwarder for smooth cross-docking process
7. Support APA logistics related project for customs clearance knowledge, regulations, and study the solution if any8. Review and concur the Claim for affiliates, and support the finance department to confirm the price and the payment for export parts.
9. Constitute working procedure & behavior, regulation and etc in own team.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Automobile or international business is preferred;
2. Be experienced with forwarding, customs clearance related business for over 3 years
3. Have strong abilities in communication, driving for problem solving, and could be working under pressure as teamwork
4. Be good personality strong sense of responsibility;
5. Personal computer skill
6. Good at English reading, writing and speech
7. Customer satisfaction driven oriented
