Title: Internal Communications Manager

Report to: China Communications Head

Subordinates: 4

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategy & plan to facilitate an open and effective internal communication environment

- Manage internal communication campaigns and programs

- Manage Intranet and internal publications for the GC region

- Enhance communications among company sites in the GC region

- Supervise and coach the internal communication team

Competencies:

- Familiar with corporate and internal communication concept and mechanism

- In-depth understanding of corporate culture

- Good understanding of communication needs of Chemical / manufacturing business

- Able to coordinate, develop and implement campaigns as well as generate new ideas

- Strong project management skills, able to lead and work with a cross-functional team

- Strong communication and relationship-building skill.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, with major in Journalism, PR, or related fields will be preferred

- 8 years experience working in corporate or internal communications, with at least 2 years in managerial level.

- Experience in chemical or manufacturing industry a must, journalist background a strong plus.

- Professional journalistic writing skills in English and Chinese

- Self motivated and proactive
